Lets Get Talking About Suicide

A free event open to the general public packed with wellbeing activities and services offering support from groups and services that offer advice and counselling on issues which affect mental health, suicide awareness and wellbeing.
The day includes free activities for the community offering tasters of body combat, dance sessions, Zumba, yoga, meditation and much more.
A creative space supported by creative services, Seekers Create, Createful offering doodling, art projects and resulted in a mural which was interactive for the community and allowed them to express their feelings of hope.
Live music and speakers will play throughout the day with screens showing the communities stories as a backdrop.
A memorial tent so the public can pay their respects to lives lost.
