It has today been confirmed that Reeco Hackett has joined Lincoln City for an undisclosed fee.
The 25-year-old joined Pompey in January 2020 from non-league outfit Bromley and had since made 79 appearances for the club across all competitions.
Hackett initially struggled to assert himself as a first team regular, enjoying loan spells back at Bromley, as well as Southend United in the National League.
During his time at Fratton Park, the winger netted 11 goals, including 6 last season.
Been a pleasure to play for this club. Fratton Park is a place I will never forget. Thank you all for everything and wish the club nothing but success for the future! Thank you Portsmouth đź’™ pic.twitter.com/bOcnXgf83P

Head coach John Mousinho said: "Reeco was looking for a bit more playing time, so we shook hands and agreed he could move elsewhere.
"He played an important role for us in the second half of last season and scored some goals. He did a decent job whenever he was called upon.
"It's a move that's beneficial for all parties, so we thank Reeco for his efforts and wish him the very best for the future."
