There are so many signs and things parents can do to look after their child's mental wellbeing says child therapist Becky Goddard Hill, but don't stress if you don't always get it right. Clenched fists and slumping posture can be signs of a child struggling with mental health, even in the winter turn those screens off and get them playing, if they do watch something then try to get them to watch a comedy.
