The succesful application will lead the Portsmouth Creates board and play a significant part in the next chapter of the organisation which supports our local cultural and creative sector.

Portsmouth Creates is looking to appoint a new Chair as its founding Chair, Tim Rusby, prepares to stand down and take on new adventures and challenges.

Portsmouth Creates is a Community Interest Company, operating in the heart of Portsmouth, with a strategic objective to support the growth of our creative and cultural sector across the city.

The group is looking for a passionate, strategic and experienced leader to connect and drive forward its vision and values.

The role is voluntary and unremunerated with an initial term of 3 years but the possibility of further extension.

Interviews will be conducted both in person and over Zoom so you should state your availability.

Portsmouth Creates aims to welcome the successful candidate to the board in February 2024.
