First wave of acts announced for Icebreaker Festival 2025

Icebreaker Festival has confirmed the first wave of acts performing at next year’s event, taking place on Saturday 1st February 2025 in an exclusive announcement on Express FM this morning.

The festival's Director, Mike Hartley, joined Ian James on Express Breakfast at 8:30 to reveal the first part of its line-up.

These 53 acts include some of the most extraordinary talent based in Portsmouth and across the south of the UK including Brighton, London, Bristol and Southampton.

Wrex, Chvpters, Frances Mistry, George Crump, Luan Luan, Peach Season, Spooky Huge and Wytch Pycknyck are coming from Brighton while Dutch Mustard, Alexander Mckay, New Judgement and Shtëpi travel from London and Guildford.

Adult Leisure and Krooked Tongue come from Bristol along with Rose Rey out of Reading with aAnd? & George Croucher from Bournemouth.

Making the short journey down the M27 from Southampton are Blood Red Sky, Carley Varley, Eloise Carter, Fred Lane, Jimmy Herrity, Picture House, Rob Clamp, Siobhán & The Sunset Haze and Wren to complete this exciting announcement.

Many more names will be announced in October.
